- If you forget your password, the "Forgot My Password" feature will enable you to access your account.
- Use the "Forgot My Password" feature PRIOR to your third attempt at logging in or you will be locked out of your account.
- If you are locked out, you will be able to log in again after 24 hours; alternatively, you may request a password reset before 24 hours as described below.
- For your security, you will be automatically logged out after 1 hour of inactivity.
First Visit
Your User ID is the letter "P" followed by your employee ID number. Example:
Your initial password is your 2 digit month of birth, your 2 digit year of birth and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. For example, if you were born in February of 1960, and your Social Security Number is 123-45-6789, your initial password is 02606789. When you first log in, you will be asked to set a challenge question and to create a permanent password.
Pension Calculator passwords do not expire, so please keep your password in a convenient place for future reference.

If you need your password reset or if you have any questions regarding your Pension Plan benefit, please contact TECO Energy Pension Services at (833) 962-4545 and select option #4 for the Retirement Plan. Your initial PIN will be the same as your initial password described above. Pension Specialists are available to speak to you Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
